Camera Traps - July 2024 accrued 96-cassowary sightings, 62-dingoes and a whopping 1,296-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers fell by 8%, whilst dingo-sightings rose by 56% and feral-pig sightings exploded by 632%.  Against July 2023, cassowaries dropped by 26%, dingoes also fell by 9%, but feral-pigs multiplied by 325%. Camera Traps - June 2024 accrued 55-cassowary sightings, 45-dingoes and 193-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers fell by 47%, whilst dingo-sightings increased by 40% and feral-pig numbers also grew by 24%.  Against June 2023, cassowaries were 50% fewer, dingo numbers also fell by 32% whilst feral-pig numbers rose by 11%. Camera Traps - May 2024 accrued only 9-cassowary sightings, 38-dingoes and 92-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers dropped by 91%, dingoes stooped by 3% and feral-pig numbers fell by 41%.  Against May 2023, cassowaries were 90% fewer, dingo numbers dropped by 20% and feral-pigs also fell by 40%. This relentlessly wet year has played havoc with the cameras and all statistics

Camera Traps - April 2024 accrued 59-cassowary sightings, 12-dingoes and 110-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers fell by 45%, dingoes decreased by 69% and feral-pig numbers also dropped by 30%.  Against April 2023, cassowaries were 65% fewer, dingo numbers dropped by 88% and feral-pigs also plummeted by 85%. It should be noted, that relentless rainfall, post-Cyclone Jasper, has been very tough

Camera Traps - March 2024 accrued 37-cassowary sightings, 17-dingoes and 174-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers fell by 66%, dingoes also decreased by 57%, but feral-pig numbers grew by 10%.  Against March 2023, cassowaries were 64% fewer, dingo numbers plummeted by 86% and feral-pigs also dropped by 25%. Camera Traps - December 2023 accrued 121-cassowaries, 27-dingoes and 218-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers fell by 23%, dingoes also dropped by 33%, whilst feral-pig numbers rose by 40%.  Against December 2022, cassowary numbers fell by 50%, dingo sightings also diminished by 55%, but feral-pig numbers increased by 151%. Camera Traps - November 2023 accrued 108-cassowaries, 35-dingoes and 145-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers rose by 65%, whilst dingo numbers fell by 13% and feral-pig numbers dropped by 98%.  Against November 2022, cassowary sightings increased by 186%, dingo numbers grew by 67% and feral-pig sightings also increased by 104%. Camera Traps - October 2023 accrued 54-cassowaries, 27-dingoes and 484-feral pigs.  Against the cumulative monthly average, cassowary numbers fell by 50%, as did dingo numbers by 34%, whereas feral-pig numbers soared by 312%.  Against October 2022, cassowary sightings rose by 22%, dingo numbers increased by 12.5%, whilst did feral-pigs exploded by 537%.
